Monthly Giving

Become a Sustaining Supporter

A monthly gift is one of the most powerful ways to support the Boathouse. It gives us the stability to plan ahead: scheduling programs, budgeting for restoration, and keeping open and active for the community all year long.

Reliable Support — Monthly donations let us plan our programs and preservation work in advance.

Less Admin, More Impact — Automated monthly gifts reduce overhead, which means more of every dollar goes directly to the Boathouse.

Invitations and Updates — Monthly supporters receive early invites to Boathouse events and behind-the-scenes updates.

A Convenient Way to Care — Set it once and know that every month, you're helping keep one of Oregon's most extraordinary places alive.

Other Ways to Give

Every Kind of Support Counts

Financial gifts aren't the only way to make a difference. The Boathouse is built on community, and there are as many ways to contribute as there are reasons to care about this place.

Docents

Docents are the voice of the Boathouse. In this role you'll share the history of the building, the US Coast Guard's presence on Tillamook Bay, and the fishing, timber, and maritime industries that shaped this coastline with visitors, school groups, and community members. Training is provided; what matters most is a genuine curiosity about this place and its stories.

Volunteers

Volunteers are the operational backbone of the Boathouse. From supporting field trips to helping with events, setup, and maintenance, there's always something hands-on to contribute. If you have time and enthusiasm for this place, we'd love to have you.

Gifts in Kind

Materials, tools, professional services, and expertise all make a tangible difference in restoration and programming at the Boathouse.

Corporate Partnership
